The following letters were written over the pending sale of private property due to tax default.  These are presented for educational purposes, as to the legal issues raised and the current state of our government, and the lack of freedom and jurisdiction over our property.  At the time that the first two letters were written, the author had no funds to pay this property tax.  But a wonderful family just three days before the sale loaned the money to obtain redemption on this property.  The Default letter will explain more about the failure of the County or County Counsel to respond to my original letter.  Any questions, please feel free to E-mail me at the mailbox below.
