Chapter Four

THE SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH AND STRANGE WOMAN

    Having never  heard of Strange Woman or the Spirit of Evil, none will ever have had the opportunity to recognize the ways Strange Woman has been influencing our church as an organization.  What you are about to read was given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit to a reader as he was considering this monograph.  He was led into the comparative truths that are now presented.  It is deemed the will of God that this section be included.  We praise the Lord for yet more evidence of the movings of His Spirit in writing this manuscript.

            For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that noah entered into the ark.

            43 - But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched...

            45 - Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

            46 - Blessed is that servant, whom his Lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

            47 - Verily I say unto you, that he shall make him ruler over all his goods. 

            48 - But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, my lord delayeth his coming;

            49 - And shall begin to smite his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken:

            50 - The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

            51 - And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.  Matt 24:38,42,43,45-51

    We have just read a familiar portion of Scripture which we have often equated with conditions in the world during the time of the end.  Revelation has just opened a parallel meaning of this Scripture to our understanding that has to do with the SDA church and her liaison with Strange Woman.  Strange Woman in turn is directly tied with the harlot woman of Revelation, for this is one of the faces of Strange Woman, as we shall see later in this monograph.

    These verses describe conditions within the SDA church and a warning to the leadership against trying to keep those persons of the Lord's choosing from sharing light for this time.  Our Lord who spoke these verses says that in so doing they will "eat and drink with the drunken."

    The Lord in verse 38 pinpoints in time when this event will take place and how long it will go on.  "As in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking,...until the day that Noah entered into the ark."  Then the admonition is given to "Be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not, the Son of Man cometh."  We know from reading Luke 17 that the hour "Ye think not" refers to the secret coming of the Holy Spirit within the heart, and not the second coming as many think.  The Lord is saying:  "In the time of the end we are to watch against eating and drinking with the drunken lest the coming of the Holy Spirit in the latter rain will find us not ready."

    The "meat" of course is spiritual food.  Ellen White mentions the wine on which they are drunken is created from false doctrine.  

            The great sin charged against Babylon is, that she 'made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.' THIS CUP OF INTOXICATION WHICH SHE PRESENTS TO THE WORLD, REPRESENTS THE FALSE DOCTRINES that she has accepted as a the result of her unlawful connection with the great ones of the earth.  FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD CORRUPTS HER FAITH, AND IN HER TURN SHE EXERTS A CORRUPTING INFLUENCE UPON THE WORLD BY TEACHING DOCTRINES WHICH ARE OPPOSED TO THE PLAINEST STATEMENTS OF HOLY WRIT.  GC 388

    Jesus implies that the "GOODMAN" and "SERVANT" are the leaders and ministers of the SDA church, which is "HOUSE" and "HOUSEHOLD," and that they are "TO GIVE THEM (the members of the household) MEAT IN DUE SEASON" (vs.43,45).  This "MEAT IN DUE SEASON" is the present light on perfection and Sanctification being opened up to us by the Holy Spirit.

    The Lord says if leaders and ministers will share this light, "meat," with the members, when He comes in His Spirit they will be blessed by that same Spirit (v.46).  They are further promised if they will do this He would make them "RULER OVER ALL HIS GOODS."  In other words, they would have a part of giving the loud cry.

    But then Jesus gives a warning:  "IF THAT EVIL SERVANT SHALL SAY IN HIS HEART, MY LORD DELAYETH HIS COMING." (v.48)  To say something in the heart means to think those thoughts.  He regards as evil those ministers who preach as if His coming were a great way off by preaching a peace and safety message.  All one has to do is look at the emphasis the church is giving to planning for tomorrow and the future.  IT IS NOT LOOKING FOR THE SOON RETURN OF THE LORD, which it equates with the second coming, not His Holy Spirit coming into the heart temple to set up residence.  This later event IS taking place right NOW, and yet how much is heard about it?  How much instruction is given to the people to prepare them for the infilling of the Holy Spirit?  The answer is that in the organized church, almost nothing.  If it is mentioned, it is an event that is yet to come sometime in the future, not a current event.  Those who raise their voices to warn their fellowman are called alarmists, radicals, and fanatics. 

    Jesus said that the "EVIL SERVANT's" denial of outpourings of the Holy Spirit would be accompanied by a smiting of "THE FAITHFUL AND WISE SERVANT," church members who are aware and partaking of the meat in due season.  This smiting refers to the verbal abuse and denunciations that will be heaped upon the wise servants, ministers and laymen called to give this third angel's message, just as happened to Jones and Waggoner.

    These evil servants will also "EAT AND DRINK WITH THE DRUNKEN," which means they will partake of the doctrines and spiritual diet of Babylon.  These predictions of our Lord are already an accomplished fact, and are happening at the time He said they would, just before the close of probation, "THE DAY THAT NOAH ENTERED INTO THE ARK."  Thus it is that our church leadership is bowing to the beast and his image.  They are truly already eating and drinking "WITH THE DRUNKEN."  They are drinking of the cup of fornication of the woman of Revelation who is seen sitting on the beast. 

            And then the fearful warnings from God declare the penalty of bowing to the beast and his image.  They shall drink the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation.  1T 223

    Our Lord describes what will become any false shepherd.  "AND SHALL CUT HIM ASUNDER, AND APPOINT HIM HIS PORTION WITH THE HYPOCRITES: AND THERE SHALL BE WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH."   He indicates this will happen when "THE LORD OF THAT SERVANT SHALL COME IN A DAY WHEN HE LOOKETH NOT FOR HIM, AND IN AN HOUR THAT HE IS NOT AWARE OF."

    Volume one, chapter six, of this series, "The Time of the Shaking," gave ample evidence of what is taking place in the SDA church.  Since that time much more evidence has come to light.  The currant diabolical lawsuits being pressed  against innocent church members by the denomination because they use the name Seventh-day Adventist, the default declared by the Bank of Chicago on 3.3 million dollars of trust fund money in the Adventist Health Services are just two issues in a long line of apostasies to surface. 

    The Internal Revenue Service has been informed about the financial inproprieties of claiming non-tax status, yet suing over the trademark of the name "Seventh-day Adventist."   This leaves the church open for a full-scale investigation of its fiscal policies.  The only purpose for a trademark is to protect a company in the business of making money.  Only the Lord knows where this will end, but it does not look good for the organization.  We are reminded of Ellen White's poignant comments, while standing on the railroad platform in Loma Linda.

           A terrible storm of persecution was coming, just like a windstorm that blew down every standing object.  THERE WAS NOT A SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST TO BE SEEN.  They, like the disciples, forsook Christ and fled.  All who had sought positions were never seen any more. 

    It appear that this revelation, given so long ago, is about to come to pass.  Anyone who wants to know the truth about the condition of the SDA church only has to open his eyes and ears.  To have blind loyalty to human instruments, to trust in the "arm of flesh" will mean the loss of eternal life.  The predicted great shaking in our church, the "terrible ordeal" is about to begin.  Great is the deception of any believer who continues to trust and have faith in a peace and safety message, who clings to the misguided belief the ORGANIZED church is still God's true church and will go through to the end as His representative.  The same kind of surprise that engulfed the Jews who believed because they were at one time God's people that Jerusalem would not be destroyed will shortly be reinacted within the SDA church as described above by the servant of the Lord.  Did not Ellen say in 1905 that "the candlestick has been removed?"

    Today (September 1988) the SDA church is making a great push to indoctrinate the members with new theology concepts subtely interjected into the Sabbath School lessons.  Between 1950 and 1958 a series of events occurred within the church that is just now beginning to bear fruit.  The SDA-Evangelical conferences were held.  A shift in doctrine was proposed to bring us into favor with the Evangelicals. 

    This doctrinal change resulted in our church being accepted as a member in good standing in The World Council of Churches.  A recent paper printed by the WCC's listed SDA's holding at least 16 positions in their organization, including one as an advisor to the Roman Catholics.  The changes in doctrine were, at that time, spelled out in the book Questions on Doctrines.  

    In 1980 in the General Conference Session in New Orleans these doctrinal changes were officially adopted and presented to the laity as the 27 Fundamental Statements of Belief.  The next step of re-education of the laity has now been taken.  Our Sabbath School lessons for the next two quarters (fall and winter of 1988) are an examination of these 27 statements.  The accompanying recommended study book What Seventh-day Adventists Believe is the parallel of the book Questions on Doctrine, but is more subtle in its approach, couched in ambiguous and confusing language designed to deceive.  This is the latest of a long line of "books of a new order" our prophet said would be written.

    To make sure the people buy this book, the Adventist Book Centers are offering this book advertised as selling for twenty-five dollars for the unbelievable low price of just under five dollars.  Back in the late 50's, Questions on Doctrine, though first listed at five dollars was finally sold for one dollar.  The indoctrination process of the laity to the WINE OF BABYLON is on schedule and even now the laity are partaking of that forbidden cup, and most are not even aware of their danger.

    These doctrines of devils have undermined the pillars of our faith.  They are attempting to do away with the true nature of Christ, the Sanctuary message, and by default Sanctification, the Sabbath and the latter rain of the Holy Spirit.  The changes are so subtle that they are almost indiscernible from truth.  For a truth many within the SDA church, including leaders, ministers and laity, are in the process of drinking the wine of the whore of Revelation 18.  They are in the process of becoming "DRUNK WITH THE WINE OF HER FORNICATION" (v.2).

            And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters. 

With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

          And upon her forehead was a name written, mystery, babylon the great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth.

          And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.  Rev 17:1,2,5,18

    In the last verse John tells us this woman is - "that great city."  In verse 5 the great city is identified as Babylon.  The question that until now has never been understood is, what or who is the driving force or spirit behind this harlot?  The answer is found in Proverbs 23, which we will shortly consider.

KEY WORDS TIE SCRIPTURAL TRUTH TOGETHER

    As is the case of all companion texts, key words tie them together.  In the verses we are going to consider, some of the important key words are ruler, rich, wisdom, eat, drink, evil, winebibbers, drunkard, drowsiness, rags, father, instruction, understanding, whore, strange woman, and wine.

    In considering the relationship between the SDA Church and Strange Woman, this passage from Proverbs is crucial.  Six key words tie these three passages together - wine, drunk, drunken, drinking, eating, and eat. Matthew 24:38 mentions drinking, and verse 49 drink and drunken.  Verse 38 mentions eating and verse 49 eat. 

    Revelation 17:2 mentions DRUNK and WINE and Verse 6 mentions DRUNKEN.  Verse 1,15 and 16 mentions WHORE and verse 5 harlot.  woman is mentioned in verses 3,4,6,7,and 18,

    Proverbs 23:1 mentions EAT and in verse 2 and 3 appetite, dainties and meat.  Verse 6 uses bread and dainty meats again.  Verse 7 contains eat and drink and verse 8 morsel.  Verse 27 mentions whore and strange woman and verse 33 strange women.

    It is no secret that a harlot woman represents Babylon, the apostate church, for John says so.  He also describes her making the world drunk with the wine of her false doctrine. 

    The Strange Woman of Proverbs is none other than the Evil Spirit, the driving force behind the woman in Revelation 17.  They both are associated with wine and drinking and they both are whores or harlots.  Strange Woman and the woman tie Revelation and Proverbs together.  The mention of eating and drinking brings Matthew into this discussion.  This is not a physical feasting but rather a symbolic and spiritual repast.  The food and drink are not to the Lord's liking.  This is obviously the enemies' food.

    Jesus said that in the days people were eating and drinking food the enemy had to offer, the Lord would come as a thief in the night.  This eating and drinking in spiritual application is the same as described in Proverbs and Revelation.  We saw how Jesus in the Matthew text describes the SDA Church, and warns the leaders against thinking the Lord will delay His coming, and further that if they pursue this course of action they will eat and drink with the drunken. 

    In Revelation and Proverbs eating and drinking is part of an illicit relationship with the woman.  The woman, representing the enemies' church, seeks to woo and beguile all to make them drink of her lethal potion, to make them fall in a drunken stupor over her false doctrines.  They eat to gluttony the meat (false spiritual food) from her table, which means SDA's accept and ingest the doctrines and beliefs of the woman, which is currently happening. 

    The Lord in Matthew gave strong warning about being deceived, and in Proverbs He (as Solomon) goes to great length about being deceived by Strange Woman.  He also brings in Wisdom, knowledge, and understanding into the picture, which is consistant with Wisdom and Strange Woman being twin sisters. The woman in Revelation and Proverbs are in fact the same spirit entity and can be none other than Strange Woman, the eternal Spirit of Evil.  In both instances having wisdom (The Holy Spirit) Dwelling within is the only way to keep from being deceived.

    All the characteristics of the woman in Revelation are seen in the woman in Proverbs.  They are both alluring, seductive, and deceiving.  They both attempt to make one drunk.  They both are prostitutes seeking to draw victims into an illicit relationship, and falling to the wiles of either leads to hell.  In Proverbs admonition is given to the individual.  In Matthew the admonition is directed to the leaders.  In Revelation the end result is depicted of those who fall to the seductive wiles of this female entity, whether they be individuals, church, state, or world.

    But there is yet more comparison that can be made to show the relationship between these texts.  In Revelation Jesus personally addresses His seven churches or ladies, including Laodicea.  The Lord in Revelation directs and focuses the attention toward the eventual confrontation between Jesus' last churches, Laodicea and Philadelphia, and Babylon, the harlot church.  We know Laodicea succumbs because the Lord said He "will spue" or vomit her out.  By beholding the harlot woman, by eating and drinking her false doctrines, Laodicea becomes one of her harlot daughters.  Like mother, like daughter.

    In Proverbs 23 the Lord addresses Himself to the Laodicean individual, giving the same warnings and admonitions as given in Matthew and Revelation.  But in Proverbs the warning is to beware of the church leadership when it is no longer under the control of God.  When human instruments took away the reins or control of the church from the Holy Spirit for the last time in 1905, the SDA church fell under the spell and control of the Strange Woman, and has steadily followed a subtle downward path which will lead to eternal damnation.  Ellen said of the ministers, lawyers and doctors:

            A marvelous work shall take place.  Ministers, lawyers, doctors, who have permitted these falsehoods to overmaster their spirit of discernment, will be themselves deceivers, united with the deceived.  A spiritual drunkenness will take possession of them.  To the unfaithful stewards the Lord says, "Take your pleasure and walk in blindness as drunken men, for, after having many opportunities, and refusing to improve them, you will act at last as the drunkard acts, throwing away your hope of eternal life."  Seeking deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and making lies their refuge, they will misinterpret the warnings and messages God has sent, placing on these warnings their false statements, to make God's Word of no effect.  UL 317

    The instruction given in Proverbs 23 is admonition and warning for all Adventists living in this end time to beware of the spiritual food of the unfaithful Laodicean leaders of our church who are themselves deceived by Strange Woman and the harlot woman of Revelation.  These leaders are that evil servant of Matthew 24:48 who says, "MY LORD DELAYETH HIS COMING."

    Because there is so much within this passage of Scripture, the whole chapter will be discussed.  As with all Scripture, this passage is not just instruction for young men, but has a much deeper spiritual application.  This passage has been shown to be a companion Old Testament Scripture to Matthew 24 and Revelation 17. 

LAODICEAN BELIEVER BEWARE!

            Proverbs 23:1 - When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:                                  

    When you as a church member sit down to partake of spiritual food from the minister or leader of the church, whether listening or reading, consider most diligently the contents of that food.  This includes what is being fed to you through the Sabbath School Lessons and all printed material coming from the Adventist presses, as well as what is being preached from the pulpit.

            Verses 2,3 - And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite.

    It would be better for you to cut your spiritual throat than to ingest the false doctrines that are now being fed to those who will eat them.  Because the people have starved themselves spiritually for so long they have been given over to a perverted appetite.  They cannot detect true spiritual food from the false.  These dainties (intricately woven sophistries of men's devisings) are deceitful meat or food.

           Verses 4,5 - Labor not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.  Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not?  For riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.

    Laodicean Adventist, labor not to be spiritually rich by depending upon your own wisdom, for this wisdom is not from above but from Strange Woman.  It is carnal knowledge.  To do this is to set thine eyes upon that which is not true riches.  The true riches (Wisdom from the Holy Spirit) will make themselves wings and fly away (return) toward heaven from whence they came.

           Verses 6-8:  Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats.  For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.  The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words.

    Beware, oh believer, that you do not partake of this leaven of the Pharisees or church leaders who have "an evil eye."   The "evil eye" is a symbol of all Satanic wisdom - all seeing, all discerning.  It is a counterfeit. The "evil eye" also casts spells for injury or death upon the person who does not worship it.  The all seeing eye upon the top of the pyramid on the dollar bill graphically represents that "evil eye."  This "evil eye" represents Satan. His eye is evil because he himself has eaten the meat of Evil Spirit, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he."

    By beholding Evil Spirit and partaking of her evil fruits he, Lucifer, became changed.  Now she, through "a ruler" (Satan controlled ministers, teachers, and church literature), is saying to you, "eat and drink" this poison.  But know this, "his heart is not with thee."  "the morsel" (this deceptive spiritual food) is poison and indigestible and you will, along with "thy sweet words" (truth given to you from the Holy Spirit), "vomit" up the whole.  "Those who turn from the plain teaching of Scripture and the convicting power of God's Holy Spirit are inviting the control of demons." (DA 258)  This "MORSEL" will contaminate and poison the whole loaf.  If you continue you eat this mixed diet you will die.

           Verses 9-14:  Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words.  Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless: For their redeemer is mighty; he shall plead their cause with thee.  Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge.  Withhold not correction from the child for if thou beatest him with the rod he shall not die.  Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

    You, My believers who are filled with my Spirit of Wisdom, do not share what I have given to you with "a fool" or non-believer, for he is willfully "a fool" having been deceived by the enemy Strange Woman and will despise the "wisdom of thy words" which are given thee by the Holy Spirit.

    "Remove not the old landmark."  The "old landmark" is My Word of Truth which Satan seeks to remove, (Evangelism 360-2) for My Word is a hedge or boundary (Hebrew meaning for Landmark) defining my territory.  Do not enter "into the fields of the fatherless" SDA's who are not living within the precepts of My Word.  Not only have they no have church leaders to father them into all the light, but also they have not become acquainted with Me, their heavenly Father.  They are like orphans; they have been deceived by their leaders.  But know this: In My way and time (the loud cry time), My Son "their Redeemer is mighty" to save, and "He shall plead their cause with thee," and instruct you as to how to lead them back to "the old landmark."  When they give My loud cry, all my honest in heart SDA children will hear my Son's call and come unto Me. 

    I, your Father, say unto you: "Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge."  This is the only way you, my Loudcriers, will be able to share, when the time comes, my Holy Spirit of Wisdom and knowledge with the "fatherless" SDA's who have been led astray by their leaders.

    In that time (THAT TIME IS NOW) you will not "withhold correction from" these my children.  If you "beatest him with the rod he shall not die," for this rod of correction is symbolic of my divine power.  (PP 251,396)  My children will suffer, but through this suffering they will grow up into my adult sons and daughters.  Whom I love I chasten.  In chastening them with "the rod" thou "shalt deliver" their "soul from hell."  This is what it will take for my poor SDA children to understand the terrible deception they have been led to believe by their leaders.  They have been following the Eternal Spirit of Evil and have not known it.  They have been deceived by Strange Woman, but have not even known of her existence. 

           Verses 15-19:  My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine.  Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things.  Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long.  For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.  Hear thou, my son, and be wise, and guide thine heart in the way.

    "My son," if you are wise and accept my instruction, "My heart shall rejoice," yes, "even mine."  I will rejoice within when you speak the "right things" I instruct you to say.  If Strange Woman attempts to lure you into "envy" and desiring the material "riches" and blessings she bestows upon her subjects, do not dwell on these thoughts, "for surely there is an end" that is soon to come.  The sinner in Zion, these "hypocrites" with and in their sins, will be soon cut off (Matthew 24:51), both root and branch.

    Give me thine heart My son and "be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long" (give Me thy praise and adoration continuously), and the "expectation" and longings of your heart for Me "shall not be cut off."  Listen to me, "my son, and be wise."  Let my Spirit of Wisdom "guide thine heart in the way" of truth and unto the pathway to sanctification and sealing.

           Verses 20-21:  Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh: For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

    Now I reiterate My counsel to you.  "Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh:" among those who are sitting at the table with a "ruler," the "evil servant," or the unfaithful ministers and leaders or false shepherds within Adventism who are crying peace and safety, for they are offering you the meat and wine of the harlot woman of Babylon.  This harlot church is the very embodiment of the Spirit of Evil or Strange Woman.  But this is nothing new to SDA's.  For many years you have been sitting at her table eating and drinking.

    By partaking of her food and drink you have become a "drunkard" and a "glutton" and have "come to" spiritual "poverty." Yea, you Laodiceans are in dire poverty.  You have been eating "that which is not meat" and drinking that which is not what I have given you.  "drowsiness" has long since overtaken you. Not only are you drunk and drowsy, but many of you are in a dead stupor.  You are clothed with the filthy "rags" of unrighteousness, the rags of your own devisings, your carnal knowledge, which is the knowledge of Strange Woman.  Yet you think you are "rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing." You think you are alert and righteous and on fire for Me.  But know ye not that you are poor, wretched, cold, miserable, blind, deaf and naked?

           Verses 22-26:  Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old.  Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.  the father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him.  Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice.  My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.

    Listen, my son, for I AM your heavenly "father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother," which is my Spirit, as seen in My church, even though "she is old."  "Buy the truth," paying for it by giving Me thine heart.  "sell it not."  Never let go of truth, and with getting truth also get "wisdom, instruction, and understanding," for truth leads to all of these, for My Spirit is truth.

    If you will follow my instructions, I, your father, "the father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice:"  I will be as "he that begetteth a wise child.  I shall have joy of him."  I, THY "father, and thy mother" (My Spirit) "shall be glad, and" My Spirit "that bare thee shall rejoice."  For everyone born of My Spirit is a joy unto me and all of heaven.  "My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways." I say unto thee my son: "Honor thy father (Heavenly Father) and thy mother: (Holy Spirit) that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee." (Exodus 20:12)

           Verses 27-33:  For a whore is a deep ditch; and a strange woman is a narrow pit.  She also lieth in wait as for a prey, and increaseth the transgressors among men.  Who hath woe?  who hath sorrow?  who hath contentions?  who hath babbling?  who hath wounds without cause?  who hath redness of eyes?  they that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.  look not upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his color in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.  at the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.  thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.

    My son, this "whore is a deep ditch and strange woman is a narrow pit," whose only aim is to "increase the" number of "transgressors" of My law and bring as many souls down to her hellish "narrow pit" (a grave) as possible.  Yet unknown to most SDA's she "lieth in wait" for them "as for a prey,"  Take heed my son and know that she is the origin of all "woe, sorrow, contentions, babbling, wounds without cause," and "redness of eyes."  All who seek the wine of this lady will experience all of these. 

    She will take over your life completely and the Evil Spirit within her doctrine will move "itself aright," and "at the last" bite "like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder."  The "redness of eyes" will be from the tears you will shed, tears of remorse and grief at being lost.  Partake of Strange Woman's "wine when it is red" with the spiritual blood of saints, and you yourself will add to it your own blood.  THE  "color in the cup" will be your own blood!

    Know when you reach this point you will be beyond My help.  Evil Spirit will move "itself aright" (to her advantage) and then it is you "shall behold strange woman" in all of her licentious glory.  You will fall down at her feet and "utter perverse things" unto me, your heavenly Father, for the Spirit of Evil will have total control of you.  You will say and do exactly as she commands you to do.  You will truly be her slave until your life comes to a terrible end.

           Verses 34,35:  Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the  midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast.  They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not: when shall I awake?  I will see it yet again.

    The tragic thing in all of this deception is that you are even now deceived and desperately sick as he that is terribly seasick on a boat and who "lieth down in the midst of the sea," or even worse he "that lieth upon the top of a mast," where the movement of the sea is greatly accentuated.  Yet you will not recognize you are sick unto death.  Being a blind Laodicean, you will not be aware of your problem until it is too late.  You will say of Strange Woman and Babylon, "they have stricken me, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not:"  Only when it is too late will you awaken from your drunken stupor and see the deception YET again.

        My Beloved, 

           I, your Heavenly Father, plead with all of you who are laodicean to recognize your tragic plight and come unto me, and I will give rest unto your soul.  You will find a safe harbor from the stormy blast.  I will deliver you from strange woman, babylon, and those leaders in your church who themselves are headed to perdition.  AMEN!
