Visiting quilt guilds and community service organizations are cordially invited to participate. Food vendors providing tasty treats are welcome at the busy vendor area.

Site Description: Vendor spaces are outdoors at the Highland Meadow located on Main Street. Musical acts take place in the meadow and our wecome booth is located there to drive traffic to your shops. The site offers easy access to customers and vendor loading-unloading. Shade available-reserve your space early for best site selection. Spaces measure approximately 10'x10', multiple spaces may be rented. Some sites with electricity, water is available at the edge of the meadow.

Parking and Loading Info: To preserve the fine condition of the Meadow, please unload your vehicle and park it off site as quickly as possible. Trailer & RV parking is available in the Lee Ranch House parking lot behind the museum on Lorenz Road. No motorhomes allowed on site due to low clearance under utility wires. RVs can park streetside next to the meadow to unload, but must be moved to the Lee Ranch Parking area when done. This helps to provide good visibility for your vending area.

Vendors must be in place and all vehicles moved off site by 9:00 AM, vendors may not remove their gear until after 4PM. Please clean up your area and place all trash in receptacles provided.

Site Fees & Payment Info: Spaces measure 10'x10' and are available for $30 per space, multiple spaces may be rented. Please make checks to: Thursday Night Strippers Quilt Guild.

Fees are payable in advance (unless other arrangements made with vendor coordinator) and are due by September 1, 2008. No refunds after September 1, but cancellations made before that date are refundable minus a $5 handling fee. Cancellation of the event due to natural disaster (fire, etc.) will result in full refunds to all vendors. In the unlikely event of rain, the show will be postponed until the following Saturday, October 11.
