Schedule of Events

Friday May 11, 2007 - School Day Event (For area schools only)

• 7:00 AM - Set up for demonstrations and presentations
• 8:00 AM - Meeting of volunteers and group guides
• 8:30 AM - Session One students arrive, form groups and begin tours
• 11:30 AM - Session One ends, lunch break for students and presenters
• 12:30 PM - Session Two begins, students form groups and begin tours
• 3:30PM - Session Two ends, farewell and drive safely
• TBA - Melodrama

Saturday May 12, 2007 - Hayfork Heritage Day Event (Open to the public)

• 9AM - Set up and meeting for presenters
• 10AM - Event opens, tour the activities
• 11AM - Food vendors open: Indian Tacos, Burgers & Homemade Ice Cream
• 2PM - Pie Auction, support this event by purchasing delectable desserts!
• TBA - Melodrama
• 4PM - Event ends, drive safely and enjoy dining & shopping in Hayfork
