Located in Redding, California, the Veterans Recovery Project serves the Homeless Veteran population of Northern California. On any given night, in the northern part of the State, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of Veterans sleeping in cars, in shelters, on freeway off ramps and next to the river. VRP is making a modest attempt to aid these Veterans by providing them the tools, the opportunities, and the home they need to move forward in their lives.
