I’m sitting here in just the silence of my mind,

As it turns and crashes from wall to wall,

Thoughts and feelings I’ve never had,

Just flood me ever more.

I try to hold back,

But here they come,

The fear inside is just so real,

While the world looks at me like I’m crazy.

I can feel the people standing behind me,

Their eyes just peering through my head,

They try to understand what’s inside,

But how can they understand,

When to me I can’t,

How do you stop it?

For the fear overwhelms me.
