• What is the thickness of the materials used to construct the
  box portion of the cabinet?

• Are the doors made of plywood, MDF, or solid hardwood?

• Can you choose between a laminate or a hardwood surface?

 

• How many options do you have for the stain color?
• Can you see wood and stain samples to help determine
  how the product will look when it has been completed?
• Can you take the samples home to see how the colors
  look under your own lighting?

• When the humidity rises, what will prevent the drawers from sticking?
• Can the rollout behind the cabinet door be customized to
  match the outside cabinet?
• Can the drawer/rollout be made to fit the sizes and shapes
  of your belongings?

• Does your contract include a detailed summary of the choices
  of wood, color, hardware, etc. which you have selected?
