  Cascade Station's Mission is simple: Do what we can do for our community, and have fun along the way. Our chapter follows the goal of attaining the future envisioned by Gene Roddenberry, the creator of the "Star Trek" series, that being a future where racial hatred, prejudice, and bigotry have been cast aside, where poverty and hunger have been eliminated and where all of humanity are joined together in a quest for knowledge. Our work has included participation in the annual Multiple Sclerosis Walk-A-Thon, Van Drives for the American Cancer Society, and other community projects. We attend conventions together, play Q-Zar (A form of Laser Tag) with our neighboring chapters, gather at members houses to watch movies, or maybe role-play, as well as go to movies at the local theatres. |
