INTRODUCTION
TO THE DEADLY DELUSION OF SATAN BEFORE JESUS COMES
 
 
This book differs from most other religious books in three ways:

        1) The truths presented are not only taken from the Bible, but also the true Spirit of Prophecy as given through dreams and visions to modern-day prophets. Though few in number compared with false prophets and seers, their message is pure, simple, direct, and inspired from heaven. As in the days of Elijah the few prophets of God are aligned against the many prophets of Baal. As in that time of showdown at Mount Carmel, today God is about to show the true from the false and uncover the deadly delusions of Satan.

        2) The second way this book differs from others, is that it takes these truths, both expanded old truth, and truth entirely new, and progressively from chapter to chapter builds into the next truth, elaborating on the previous chapter, and building to a final scriptural conclusion regarding the deadly delusions of Satan. All topics are related to the same theme - eternal life. Because they are related, some Bible verses overlap and may be used in more than one section. For this reason you will find some texts referred to several times.

        3) This is the first book to deal exclusively with the delusions of Satan in the framework of the end of time, including the most recent schemes of the enemy as seen through the media and showing how a person can positively identify the source of these delusions. Each section deals with popular doctrinal distortions carefully perpetrated by Satan, and believed and taught within the many church bodies. Each of these popular Protestant beliefs, when taken to their final conclusion, breaks down, contradicting the Word of God. Some of these began in Eden and all are hidden under a guise of truth, claiming Biblical infallibility. No denomination today has been immune; all are contaminated. But there are sincere honest-hearted people in all of these churches who are deceived by Satan, the "Father of lies." When these errors are pointed out they eagerly grasp the truth.

THE PURPOSE:

        The purpose of this study is threefold: 1) To search out the honest readers who are hungering and thirsting after righteousness, those seeking God's truth as it has been revealed in the Bible, and is being revealed by living prophets today;

        2) To untangle and sort out this truth from the enemy's deceptions and delusions;

        3) To sound the clarion call that the end of the world is imminent and show how to prepare for this event, the glorious, stupendous coming of Jesus our majestic King of kings and Lord of lords. A sense of great urgency among many people today warns of an impending doom.

        Many forces are gathering and building toward some great apocalyptic disaster which will tear the whole fabric of our existence to pieces. Unfolding events in the world give credence to these instincts. Recent events indicate that the four angels of Revelation 7 have already begun to release the winds of strife. This earth is being catapulted into the tremendous cataclysmic, prophetic scenes described so graphically in Scripture. Disaster is imminent; we are at the end of this earth's history.

        Our prayer is that this book will open your understanding of God's truth and enable you to walk the narrow path to life eternal. The reader should know that in the preparation of this book which has been the work of several years, the enemy, as in the past with other books that reveal his secrets, has openly tried to hinder the writing of this book, by harrassing the writer, creating interruptions, and causing the malfunction of the computer and printer too many times to count. Anything he could do to hinder this work, he has tried. His creativity to cause problems has at times amazed the author. He does not want you to know this light and truth. But this is God's work and not man's, and God's will, will be accomplished in spite of the enemy's efforts to hinder and impede these important truths from being published. Our prayer is that God's blessings and the light of heaven will rest on you as you turn these pages which are truly messages from heaven, unmasking the great deceiver and his delusions.

PREFACE
 
        "Soon there appears in the east a small black cloud, about half the size of a man's hand. It is the cloud which surrounds the Saviour, and which seems in the distance to be shrouded in darkness. The people of God know this to be the sign of the Son of man. In solemn silence they gaze upon it as it draws nearer the earth, becoming lighter and more glorious, until it is a great white cloud, its base a glory like consuming fire, and above it the rainbow of the covenant. Jesus rides forth as a mighty conqueror, and the armies of Heaven follow Him. With songs of triumph, a vast retinue of holy angels escort Him on His way. The firmament seems filled with shining forms, ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands (Rev. 5:11). No pen can picture, no human mind conceive, the glory of the scene. As the living cloud comes still nearer, Jesus can be clearly seen. He does not wear a crown of thorns, but a crown of glory rests upon His holy brow. His countenance shines as the noonday sun. Upon His vesture and thigh is a name written, 'King of kings, and Lord of lords' (Rev. 19:16). "Before Him every face turns pale, and upon those whom God has rejected, falls the blackness of despair. The righteous cry with trembling, 'Who shall be able to stand?' (Rev. 6:17). The song of the angels ceases, and there is a period of awful silence. Then the voice of Jesus is heard, saying, 'My grace is sufficient for you' (2 Cor. 12:9). The faces of the righteous are lighted up, and joy fills every heart. And the angels strike a note higher, and sing again, as they draw still nearer to the earth. "The King of kings descends upon the cloud, wrapped in flaming fire. The earth trembles before Him, the heavens are rolled together as a scroll, and every mountain and every island is moved out of its place.... "The derisive jests have ceased. Lying lips are hushed into silence. The clash of arms, the tumult of battle, 'with confused noise and garments rolled in blood' (Isa. 9:5), is stilled. Naught now is heard but the voice of prayer and the sound of weeping and lamentation. The cry bursts forth from lips so lately scoffing, 'The great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?' The wicked pray to be covered by the rocks of the mountains (Rev. 6:16), rather than meet the face of Him whom they have despised and rejected." "The Spirit of Prophecy, Vol 4, E.G. HIS COMING IS IMMINENT:

        Signs in the physical, economic, social, political, and religious world all proclaim the truth of the imminent return of our blessed Lord and Saviour in the clouds of glory. This world is coming to its end far more rapidly than anyone envisions. Yet few are aware that it is about to happen, or if they are aware, they cannot comprehend the magnitude of what is about to befall us. But before Jesus comes we have a wily foe to contend with. The battle between Christ and Satan for this world and its inhabitants is going to intensify dramatically from now on until the second coming.

        Satan knows he cannot win this battle and that his end is near. This has fueled him and his evil companions to work as never before to deceive and delude if possible all the peoples of the earth. Already this battle becomes increasingly visible as more and more people come under the control of demonic spirits. Even now the judgments of God are beginning to fall and His presence is being withdrawn. Upheavals in nature will crescendo and intensify until the whole world will fall apart. The great time of trouble foretold by the Bible so long ago (Jeremiah 30:6-8; Daniel 12:1; Matthew 24:20-22) is about to take place.

        To prepare people for the end, the Holy Spirit is giving dreams and visions to people all over the world explaining prophecies about events soon to take place - a time of trouble such as has not been since the world began (Dan. 12:1), worse than the time of Noah's flood.

DEADLY DELUSIONS:

        Satan, knowing what is shortly to come, is working with a frenzy bordering on panic. There is little time left to deceive and keep in the darkness of hell the billions of people on this planet who know nothing of the spiritual battle. To this end HE HAS CREATED A SERIES OF DEADLY SPIRITUAL DELUSIONS that threaten to entrap countless millions. It is the purpose of this book to inform the readers about Satan's lies which, if believed, will spell eternal doom. All who want truth will have a chance to know it. After that...it will be too late to change sides in the controversy. Everyone will be on one side or the other.

        Soon each choice will be final and irreversible. Each reader MUST DECIDE NOW whom he will serve. We hope and pray that you will make the choice to honor and glorify the living God of Heaven and earth and His Son, Jesus Christ, who loves you so much that He died to give you eternal life. In this book we touch on a wide array of social, political, and religious issues. The writers assume that the reader has a knowledge of Christ, salvation, repentance, and forgiveness.

        There are excellent books written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit on these topics. Books such as Steps to Christ, The Desire of Ages, and Thoughts from the Mount of Blessing are available upon request, (see last pages of this book), and we would not repeat their work. Rather, our purpose is to explain and clarify and dispel from the mind of the reader certain obstructions that prevent full acceptance of true Bible teaching.

        Space on these pages and rapidly developing events keep us from being as comprehensive or current as we would like, so we invite you to write for clarification on matters that are hard to understand, accept, or practice. Diligently and prayerfully read this book with your Bible in hand. Please do not just take our word for it. Look up the verses in context and determine for yourself whether or not we have told the truth.

        While men of power and persuasion tell you that only society is important, not the individual, God tells you that YOU are the most important. He would have died if you were the ONLY ONE His death would save. Convincing speakers say that peace and prosperity will come if people "unite" under political and religious leaders who know what is "good" for them (means you must give up individual freedom, goals, aspirations, and blindly conform for the "good" of the masses). To the contrary, God tells you that liberty, freedom, and peace come only to the individual who follows his own conscience in obedience and love to God. In a life and death conflict, these opposing ideologies clash - mass conscience and conformity to men's orders versus individual, uncompromising obedience to God.
